APX-Building.

This project consists of a residential building formed of 6 levels, located near the international airport of Mogadishu. The APX-Building, showcases double-height interiors that redefine luxury living in the city. Designed to serve as both a comfortable dwelling and a modern landmark, it incorporates sustainable features tailored to the local climate. The building's white facade is purposefully selected to reflect the intense Somali sun, reducing heat absorption and promoting a cooler indoor atmosphere. This thoughtful design not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the city but also contributes to energy efficiency, together with the green terraces, setting a new standard for residential architecture in Mogadishu.
