In 2001 the UNESCO Universal Declaration on Cultural Diversity was adopted unanimously and it declare that :

"Cultural diversity is the common heritage of humanity and should be recognized and affirmed for the benefit of present and future generations.”

An architecture designed through this simple principle means an architecture that is more inclusive and sensitive , an architecture that find the right place within the life of the communities without being an imposition.
