This minimal office block block draws inspiration from traditional Arab settlements, where interconnected offices and wind corridors combine for a unique workspace. The off-white walls, in addition to their aesthetic appeal, play a crucial role in cooling and mitigating the heat.

This design is born out of a challenge: to make the most of a small plot of land, optimizing space to create a densely efficient environment. A workspace where tradition and efficiency harmonize, delivering productivity and comfort in a compact footprint. and with limited material resources.
