Portable Clinic.

In the challenging landscapes of rural Somalia, where public infrastructure is scarce and environmental conditions make permanent construction nearly impossible, we designed a simple and yet effective solution to provide basic healthcare assistance to those regions. With rural areas often cut off from basic healthcare, especially during the COVID-19 crisis, these portable clinics are a lifeline providing basic medical analysis and supplies are brought directly to the heart of communities, ensuring even the most vulnerable receive essential care.

The strategy is simple yet impactful – strategically placing container clinics across rural areas, bolstered by local and international medical expertise. The first prototype, generously donated to SOS Children Villages Somalia, now serves as a mobile clinic for women and children on the outskirts of Mogadishu.
